NICE ‘n’ CLEAR (btw its not all about the ‘flaws’) BUT c’mon everyone LOVES to look good and keep them selves nice and fresh wether ur a female or male and one way is by having clear skin thats radiant and smooth, you have to OBVS eat healthy (thats the boring bit btw LOL)  That means u have to do horrible healthy diets BUT it aint all that bad ill write al bout it in my next post so watch this space peeps (lol i dont like that word) :’o So maybe these simplpe steps will help ya out!

5 TIPS FOR PREVENTING SPOTS

Picture

1. Keep your face clean.
Whether or not you have acne, it’s important to wash your face daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and excess oil from the skin surface. Use warm, not hot, water and a mild facial cleanser. Using a harsh soap (like deodorant body soap) can injure the already inflamed skin and cause more irritation.Avoid scrubbing your skin harshly with a flannel, exfoliating glove, or loofah (a coarse-textured sponge). Gently wash it with your clean hands or a very soft cloth. Always rinse well, and then dry your face with a clean towel. (Throw the towel in the laundry basket, as dirty towels spread bacteria.)

Picture

2. Moisturise.
Many topical acne products contain ingredients that dry the skin, so always use a moisturiser that minimises dryness and skin peeling. A gel-based moisturiser usually works well for oily skin. If you have dry skin, try a moisturising cream or lotion. Combination skin may need two products (cream or lotion for the dry section; a gel for the oily part). Always hydrate your skin with water before you moisturise it. I would personally recommend Garnier products.

Picture

3. Try an over-the-counter acne product.
Topical (those applied to the skin) acne products may contain ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide, an antibacterial agent with a drying effect, or salicylic acid, an agent that exfoliates skin and gets rid of bacteria. Start with a small amount at first. Then increase or decrease the amount and how often you apply it, depending on how much peeling or drying you have. Use these ointments with caution if you have sensitive skin. Benzoyl peroxide can cause redness and scaling of the skin. It can also bleach your clothes, towel, and hair.

Picture

4. Use makeup sparingly.
During a flare-up, try to avoid wearing foundation, powder, or blusher. If you do wear makeup, wash it off at the end of the day. If possible, select oil-free cosmetics without added dyes and chemicals. Water-based cosmetics are available. Read the ingredients list on the product label before buying.

Picture

5. Exercise daily.
Regular exercise is good for your mind and your body, including your skin — the body’s largest organ. Working out reduces anxiety and boosts blood flow throughout the body. When you exercise, avoid wearing clothing or using exercise equipment that rubs on the skin and may cause irritation. Also, avoid wearing hats, goggles, or helmets that cause you to sweat excessively, as this can irritate the skin and increase bacteria. Always shower or bathe after exercise.

Hope u liked that !! 😀

Do you know that the first soft drink or carbonated beverage was marketed in the 17thcentury? From then on, the production of soft drinks became a big industry.

Beverage Digest, a publication dedicated to report about the global non-alcoholic beverage industry, reported the top 10 soft drinks company in the world. In the report, The Coca Cola Company is the number one soft drinks company followed by PepsiCo, Nestle, Suntory, Dr Pepper/Snapple, Danone, Kirin, Red Bull, Master Kong and Asahi.

Since the late 1800′s, soft drink giants The Coca Cola Company and PepsiCo have always been head to head for the top spot. It was only in 2005 when Pepsi surpassed The Coca Cola Company in market value. In the 1990′s, PepsiCo delivered other products such as snack foods and non-carbonated beverages aside from the Pepsi Brand.

10 Spiciest Chili’s in the WORLD!!

4 Dec

Hey Everyboooddddyyyyy!!!:D

I was just having some chilli sauce and it occured to me what the chilliest peppers are so here are ya top 10….. enjoy y’all

If you’re a foodie, you must have tried spicy cuisines. Chillies are an important part of almost every cuisine. Some of us like low to moderate level of spices, while others just love spicy food. I myself enjoy some of the most spicy dishes. There are over thousand varieties of chillies and each one of them has a unique taste. I’ve compiled a list of some of the hottest peppers on the planet. Hope they’ll not burn your tongue

Naga Viper ChilliNaga Viper Chilli – It’s the hottest pepper man has ever tried on his taste buds. Naga viper is a hybrid of Naga Jolokia and the Trinidad Hybrid made by an Englishman Gerald Fowler. Since it’s a hybird, I personally don’t rate it as the spiciest one against the original. This chilli is slightly dark in color from it’s closest competitor Naga Jolokia. It’s available in select parts of the world where it’s grown commercially for food lovers. Naga Viper’s rank on the Scoville scale is 1,359,000.

Naga Jolokia ChilliNaga Jolokia Chilli – It’s the spiciest chilli among non-hybrid peppers. This chilli originated in Assam and Nagaland region of eastern part of India. It’s so spicy that defence research department of India plans to use it as a potent weapon against enemies. Some tribes of east India also use it to keep off wild elephants from their crops. A single Naga jolokia can be used to spice up a preparation of at least 200 people. Naga Jolokia’s rank on the Scoville scale is 1,041,427.

Red Savina ChilliRed Savina Chilli – This short conical chilli is extremely spicy and was the hottest chilli till 2006 when Naga Jolokia displaced it from the throne. Frank Garcia of California cultivated this chilli. How he did this is still a mystery as he has not shared his methods for cultivating this chilli. Red Savina is consumed in differents parts of North and Latin America including select areas of Europe. Red Savina’s rank on the Scoville scale is 350,000–580,000.

Habanero ChilliHabanero Chilli – This is yet another intensely spicy chilli. Habanero originated in Cuba and is grown in different parts of Cuba, Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama. Some North American states like Texas and California also cultivate this hot pepper. This chilli is consumed in large quantity in Latin American society in the form of puree or salsa. It’s aromatic nature made it very popular and its use is not limited to select dishes. Habanero’s rank on the Scoville scale is 100,000–350,000.

Scotch Bonnet ChilliScotch Bonnet Chilli – Don’t get confused by its name. It’s indeed a very spicy chilli found in abundance in Caribbean, Guyana and Maldives Islands. This chilli is known for its use in various non-vegetarian dishes across the world. It has a unique aroma and taste making it one of the favorite chillies among chefs and foodies. Scotch bonnet is also used for making different kind of sauces. Make sure you de-vein and de-seed it before use. Habanero’s rank on the Scoville scale is 100,000–350,000.

Piri piri ChilliPiri Piri Chilli – This chilli is also known as – ‘African Red Devil’. As the name suggests, this chilli originated in Africa and is extremely hot. These chillies grow both in wild and in domestic & commercial lands. It’s thin and cylindrical in shape with reddish orange tint. The name ‘Piri piri’ came from Portuguese language which is used to identify this African devil. This chilli is primarily grown in Mozambique and Congo. Piri piri’s rank on the Scoville scale is 175,000.

Tabasco ChilliTabasco Chilli – This chilli is very popular in select parts of the world. Guess for what? It’s used to make Tabasco sauce and peppered vinegar. These chillies are juicy from inside and grows upwards rather than hanging down on stems. This makes them stand apart from the rest of the chili family. Tabasco peppers are gown in large quantity in central and south America to fulfill the huge demand of Tabasco sauce. Tabasco’s rank on the Scoville scale is 30,000 to 50,000.

Jalapeno ChilliJalapeno Chilli – This is one of the most popular chilli in central America and some parts of north America. These chillies are primarily grown in southern part New Mexico and some parts western Texas. Jalapeno is used the large number of preparations including sauces, dipping and various main course cuisines. These chillies produce so much burning sensation that cultivators used rubber/plastic gloves while harvesting the crop. Jalapeno’s rank on the Scoville scale is 2,500 – 8,000.

Guajillo ChilliGuajillo Chilli – This chilli is primarily grown in Mexico and is used is various types of salsas and sauces. It’s aromatic and perfect heat intensity makes it one of important ingredients used in Mexican cuisine. These chillies are thin and deep red in color. Mexico also exports large quantities of this pungent chilli to various countries across the world. I personally use it in many cuisines and found it extremely flavorful. Guajillo’s rank on the Scoville scale is 2,500 to 5,000.

Well that was good init!!:)

So i end up giving all the chocolates back adn saying huh (nervous laugh) ummm i dont think i could eat soo much anyway 😛

Alright……. ONTO the cheescake bit

Sooooo i only gave the wierd story at the top cuz for once i ACTUALLY did take more chocolates….. YUP not to eat but to quickly make a snack with……

I call It: The Roses Chocolate Cheesecake:P

Well heres the recipe:

1 Tangy Orange Creme – Square-shaped milk chocolate with orange engraving on top, filled with orange-flavoured creme fondant (wrapped in orange plastic-foil twist-wrapper)

1 (**new chocoalte added to collection) Coffee Escape

2  Cadbury Dairy Milk – One rectangular chunk of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate divided into two squares (classic purple plastic-foil twist-wrapper, bearing ‘Cadbury Dairy Milk’ and the traditional ‘glass and a half’ logo

Golden Barrel – Milk chocolate in the shape of half a barrel, filled with caramel (was formerly wrapped in gold foil, now in gold plastic-foil twist-wrapper)

Hazel in Caramel – Crescent-shaped milk chocolate with hazelnut plant engraving on top, filled with caramel and a hazelnut (purple plastic-foil twist-wrapper) (oh yea dont worry about there being only one nut):)

2 Tablespoons of Philadelphia cream cheese (plain)

6 Digestive biscuits

3 knobs of butter

Method:

1: Get a small bowl (preferably glass) and line it fully with cling-film

2: Bash up your biscuits in a plastic bag….. if u dont have that then just wrap them well in clingfilm, pour your biscuit crumbs into a mircrowvable bowl and put in your 3 knobs of butter, microwave till the butter is melted and stir until you have a slightly damp biscuit base (not wet) just enough to hold its shape. Put your biscuit bash to a side and continue.

3: Unwrap your chocolates and put them into a microwavable bowl, put them in your microwave and DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED as they will burn and u will end up being a very said human:( Kepp checking on them every 10 seconde and stir….. do not leave them in too long as you will see some of the chocolates have caramel and fondant center if you leave them in too long they will bubble and alo cause your chocolate to burn. Stir until your have a smooth slightly runny mixture, add ur cream cheese and stir until smooth!

4: Add your chocolate cream cheese mixture too the lined bowl, smoothen it out and put your biscuit crumbs ontop slitghtly putting pressure onthem (DO NOT GO squishing them into your cheese)

5: Put you cheesecake in the fridge (in my case freezer it does the job quicker lol) All thats left to do is chill out, leave it in fro about 2 hour (if its in a freezer 1 hour)

6: And Et Wallah 🙂 Its done, stand a table knife in hot water for 15 seconds and go around the edges of the cling film and bowl and turn upside down onto a plate peel of the cling film and enjoy:

BTW i ate mine wiv my sisters cuz i cant eat it by myself!:D They all said it was reaaaaallllly good!:D

Luv ya’ll

OMG Facts………

3 Nov

Image

Every Sunday I will do A really AWESOME OMG fact…… here ur first one:)

You’re more likely to die on your way to buy a lottery ticket than you are to actually win the lottery.

We’ve all heard the adage “you’re more likely to get struck by lightning than to win the lottery.” Sounds grim. Apparently, it’s also more likely that you will die on the way to buying your lottery ticket than actually win the lottery.

Of course this all depends on your mode of transportation to buy the ticket and the characteristics of the area where you buy it and even your demographics. It is true that you are more likely to die in a car accident than win though. The gist is that it’s very unlikely that you will win the lottery.

Some other things that are more likely than winning the lottery? Dying from flesh-eating bacteria, dying from a bee sting, becoming a movie star, dying in a bathtub and having identical quadruplets.

Ya-ha its all true:) Well lets look forward to next #OMGfactSunday then hey’

Luv ya’all

Jemzster:) xx
